We are pleased to present this application to Kats Botanical’s customers, which offers the ability to chat with physicians 24/7, customize your plan and track your shipments.
Firstly, we segmented customers and targeted their needs by conducting a study of customer data. Secondly, we developed the application to best meet the targeted customers’ needs.
This experience also allowed our company to gain new skills in analyzing and studying customers. The company’s goal was successfully achieved.

Merkaba Skin Care
Our company was pleased to participate in an email marketing project for Merkaba Skin Care. This company, which operates in the skincare market, wanted to increase customer engagement. We were successful in doing so thanks to our email marketing project.
To accomplish this goal, we took a step-by-step approach. We first conducted a customer study using data to segment the audience. Once we identified the audience, we sent personalized emails and created different campaigns.
