The website had been active for about 3 years, but it was not performing well in terms of search engine rankings or trustworthiness. Our task was to improve the website's on-page and off-page optimization.
To begin with, I analyzed the website's structure and identified areas that needed improvement. One of the main challenges was to reduce the website's spam score, which was quite high at 19%. This was accomplished by implementing best practices for on-page optimization and removing any spammy elements from the website.
Another challenge was to rank the website's keywords on the first page of Google SERP. I performed keyword research and identified relevant keywords that had a high search volume but low competition. I then optimized the website's content and meta tags for these keywords.
Overall, the optimization process was a success. The website's Trust Flow increased to above 5, and the Spam Score was reduced to an acceptable level. Additionally, the website's keywords were able to rank on the first page of Google SERP, and the website received a significant increase in traffic.

TBR Group has assisted a Canadian start up in building a mobile and web application for Veterinary SaaS Solution. The idea occurred to develop an application to diagnose a pet’s illness or disease online. The application is intended for people owning pets like cats, dogs and other domestic animals. It helps them find specialists who can advise them in case their pets have health problems. The application provides all the required information about the veterinarian who will advise and give a consultation. Communication is arranged via a chat or video & audio call. The user can see the history of correspondence, pay and buy consultations from the veterinarian.
We used Flutter for cross-platform mobile and web dashboard development. Flutter is an open source software – the SDK uses a C++ rendering engine and is based on the Dart programming language. It also provides widgets out of the box, and its architecture is based on reactive programming, which means that web and mobile apps built with Flutter are extremely responsive and provide high performance to the user.

Our company has worked with MonchMatch to develop a revolutionary new application for indecisive foodies. The app allows users to easily decide where to eat by swiping right or left on different restaurant options.
To ensure the success of the app, we conducted thorough research on the needs and wants of our target audience. This included studying the behavior and preferences of frequent restaurant-goers and gathering feedback from focus groups.
Using this research, we were able to create a user flow that made sense for the app and its intended users. From there, we moved on to wireframing to outline the layout and features of the app.
Next, we created an interactive prototype to visualize the app and test its functionality. Finally, we worked on the UI/UX design, carefully crafting the look and feel of the app to make it visually appealing and intuitive to use.

The main task was to build the reliable MVP version of an app that would retain users and perform well during user acquisition campaigns. We had some requirements for performance and backend so we utilized the latest approach for photo-related functions, so it saves a lot of device memory and provides a quick loading time. We were also responsible for some logic aspects in the app to advise the client so he receives the competitive app according to the latest trends.
We delivered an outstanding app that aligns with all customer requirements within the expected timeline and budget. The app is currently going through a marketing campaign and already shows great stats. In the analytics, we see, that the retention is higher compared to the apps in this domain and we are constantly improving it and adding new functions.

We recently had the opportunity to work with Qubii to produce a promotional video for their photo transfer product, which allows for transfer of photos between a SD card and a phone or computer. We were so impressed by Qubii's innovative product, we practically fell over ourselves trying to get the chance to be involved in the creation of this video.
To start, we worked closely with the Qubii team to understand their product and determine how to best showcase it in the video. We came up with so many ideas, it was almost as if our brains were overflowing with creativity. Our task was to improve the website's on-page and off-page optimization. To begin with, I analyzed the website's structure and identified areas that needed improvement. One of the main challenges was to reduce the website's spam score, which was quite high at 19%. This was accomplished by implementing best practices for on-page optimization and removing any spammy elements from the website. Another challenge was to rank the website's keywords on the first page of Google SERP. I performed keyword research and identified relevant keywords that had a high search volume but low competition. I then optimized the website's content and meta tags for these keywords. Overall, the optimization process was a success. The website's Trust Flow increased to above 5, and the Spam Score was reduced to an acceptable level.
